30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

A refund or exchange is guaranteed within 30 days of purchase.



90 DAY EXTENDED RETURN POLICY

We consider return claims made up to 90 days after purchase; we offer this extended return policy while our competitors do not because your purchase is important to us.

If any issues with your order should arise, we'll work with you to find a solution and make sure you are happy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original sealed packaging.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver.



Return Shipping 

To return your product, Contact Us and we will provide you with return shipping information.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If your claim is reasonable, at our discretion we may waiver your return shipping cost; we may pay any applicable fees or import duties at our discretion as well.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
