AFTER YOU'VE CHECKED OUT:
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?
Please allow some time for processing, shipping time is 10-15 business days for items over $10. All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Once we have processed your order a carrier will pick up your package from our distribution center. Packages are scanned when they leave the center. You will receive a tracking number and updates every step of the way.
A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.
Your local customs office may force inspection of your package, which can delay estimated delivery time.
Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card will be left by the postal service to advise you about how and where your delivery can be collected.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PACKAGE HAS SHIPPED AND IS ON ITS WAY?
If you are still unable to locate your package, we will contact the shipping carrier to discuss the issue and file a claim with them on your behalf.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
It usually takes 7-21 business days for international shipping, however, in some instances delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs.
We process and ship orders quickly (we’re fast!), if you need to change or cancel your order, please Contact Us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we may be unable to cancel the order, so we will work with you to find a solution.
WILL I BE CHARGED WITH CUSTOMS AND TAXES?
